Cancellation Policies

If it's necessary to cancel, please reply to the email that I will send you about the meeting point telling me that you want to cancel.

Or fill out the following cancellation form and send it to me as soon as possible.

I only accept your cancellation by email. If I receive your cancellation email form 7 days prior to the class, I will issue a full refund to the credit card you paid with.  If I recieve your email 2 days prior, you will recieve half of the refund. If I receive your email 1 hour prior, you will recieve quarter of the refund.

Details are as follows:

●Full refund 7 days prior to have your activity, except fees

• I only accept your cancellation by e-mail. 
  
• I must receive your cancellation request 7 full days prior to your activity local time the day your class is scheduled. For example, if your class is scheduled for 10:00am Saturday 8th Sep., please cancel by the previous Saturday, 10:00am 1st Sep. Japanese time, in order to receive full refund.
• If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, please see the following note concerning the half-refund policy.
• The cancellation policy will determine whether or not you receive a refund minus transaction fees.
