8. Online Class : Sushi Rolls

Duration : 1.5~2 hours

We need those ingredients and cooking tools as follows *Basic and  common ingredients and cooking tools are omitted

1, A frying pan

2, Sushi mat

3,  Japanese soy-sauce, Japanese rice vinegar, short-grain white rice (sushi-rice) and a bag of Nori-sheet.

4, If you like wasabi

1) Sushi Rolls  - The most important for making sushi is sushi-rice.  So first of all, we learn how to prepare the steamed rice and combine with the seasoning. Then we will make sushi-rolls traditional way.

You can use your favorate ingridients for sushi Rolls such as tin of tuna, omelette and smoked salmon and so on.


9. Online Class : Gyoza

¥3800 + VAT 10% = ¥4180 Per Person

Duration : 1~1.5 hours

We need those ingredients and cooking tools as follows *Basic and  common ingredients and cooking tools are omitted

1, A frying pan and a lid

2, Gyoza wrappers

3,  Japanese soy-sauce, sesame-oil, corn starch, ground pork or chicken,  and Japanese vinegar such as rice-vinegar and grain-vinegar.

4, If you like hot-chili oil

1) Gyoza  - We make fillings with minced pork/chicken and vegetables and wrap with gyoza wrappers.  Then we steam and fry the wrapped dumplings to create crispy Japanese gyoza. Gyoza is one of the most popular dish in Japan. I teach you much nicer than you eat in the restaurant.


10. Online Class : Ramen & Ramen egg & Chashu-Pork with Side Dish

¥5800 + VAT 10% = ¥6380 Per Person

Duration : About 2 hours

We need those ingredients and cooking tools as follows *Basic and  common ingredients and cooking tools are omitted

1, 2 big pans and 1 lid,  2 small sauce pans.

2, Ramen noodles. 

3,  Japanese soy-sauce, oyster-sauce, sake or cooking sake, mirin (sweet sake for cooking), bonito flakes or instant bonito granules, dashi pack (teabag style pack) or instant granules.

2) Ramen - We make ramen soup from scratch

Chashu-pork - We make chashu-pork for toppings and salad

Ramen egg - We make ramen eggs for toppings

2) Chashu-pork Salad (Side Dish) - We make chashu with some seasoning. We usually use chashu for ramen toppings. We can also make salad with this chashu-pork which goes with sake and beer.


11. Online Class : Okonomiyaki

¥3800 + VAT 10% = ¥4180 Per Person

Duration : 1~1.5 hours

We need those ingredients and cooking tools as follows *Basic and  common ingredients and cooking tools are omitted

1, A frying pan

2, Okonomiyaki sauce

3,  Instant dashi granules

3) Okonomiyaki - We use flour, cabbage, egg and pork or seafood. Then cook the savory pancake on the frying pan. You can enjoy the flovorful Okonomiyaki-sauce.


About Zoom Online Classes

① Please complete the "Booking Form" below, and send it to me. I will try to adjust the class schedule to your preferred date and time. And I will reply to your email as soon as possible.

② After adjuting, open the URL of  "PAYMENT" page that I will email you, and pay by credit card. Then your booking will be completed.

③ After booking, I will email you the ingredients, cooking tools and your class schedule with the URL to join the class.

④ Please download and install "Zoom" app.

A Class : Start from 7:00am in Japan → North and South America Countries around 3 ~ 6:00pm

 

B Class : Start from 6:00pm or 7:00pm in Japan → European Countries around 11:00am.  Asian Countries 1:00pm ~ 6:00pm. Australia around 5:00pm~8:00pm.
